Recipe tutorials for culinary students (US food/education)

Partnering with food-education creators (think culinary-school students, recipe testers, food podcasters) to build a 5-part tutorial series on cooking with regional Texas ingredients. We supply ingredients and a small honorarium per published tutorial. Editorial control stays with the creator.
