CollabScene is an online marketplace operated by Sundown Digital Solutions. Brands post briefs and creators apply. Nothing sold on CollabScene is a physical good, so no item is packed, dispatched or shipped, and no delivery address is collected. This policy exists to state clearly how the services you pay for reach you.
What is delivered, and when
Posting a qualified brief, seeing every applicant, and creator participation are free and available immediately on sign-up. The paid services are:
- Campaign Unlock — unrestricted bulk workflow and full applicant export on one specific brief. Campaign Unlock is activated on that brief after payment is confirmed, by enabling those tools inside your dashboard.
- Brief Boost — distribution of one brief to matched creators. Boost is fulfilled according to the delivery period stated in the accepted quote, normally seven days, starting once payment is confirmed and the agreed targeting is applied. The delivery report is provided after that period closes.
Both are tied to the single brief chosen at checkout and are not transferable to another brief or another account.
Delivery confirmation
You will see the purchased tools active on the brief in your dashboard, and a receipt is sent to the email address on the account. Delivery is confirmed on our servers, not by the payment screen alone — if a payment succeeds at the bank but our confirmation has not completed, the service is not yet delivered and the section below applies.
If delivery fails or is delayed
If a payment succeeds but the service is not active, contact us within seven days at support@collabscene.com. We will restore access within two business days or, at your option, issue a full refund.
For Brief Boost, if we cannot notify the minimum audience confirmed to you in writing before payment, you may choose one replacement send at no cost or a full refund. We respond to requests within two business days and initiate approved refunds within five business days; your bank or payment provider may take longer to post the credit. How long access lasts
Campaign Unlock has no expiry date. Its tools remain available on the brief it was purchased for while the associated account and brief data are retained under our Privacy Policy. Brief Boost is a one-time distribution consisting of one send and one reminder across seven days, after which the reporting remains visible in your dashboard.
Where we deliver
Because delivery is digital, paid services are available to brands wherever they can lawfully contract with us. Pricing currency is determined by the contracting organisation’s billing country, confirmed at checkout — see Pricing. Brief Boost is currently available for briefs targeting creators in India.
