This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work on the CollabScene Platform operated by Sundown Digital Solutions. It applies in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
1. Beta status. No charges today
CollabScene is currently in beta. There are no charges to creators or brands for using the Platform:
- Creators get full access free of cost for the first three months after sign-up.
- Brands can post briefs without paying a platform fee.
- CollabScene takes no commission on collaborations agreed between users.
Because no money changes hands today between users and CollabScene, there is nothing to refund.
2. Future paid features
When we introduce paid features (for example, the pay-and-apply model for creators or per-brief charges for brands), refund eligibility for each paid feature will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. The default position will be:
- Pay-and-apply (creators): the per-application fee covers the act of submitting an application. Once an application has been submitted to a brand, the fee is generally non-refundable. Applications cancelled before submission are not charged.
- Per-brief charges (brands): the brief-posting fee covers the placement and visibility of the brief. If a brief is posted and then withdrawn within 48 hours and has not yet received any creator application, you may request a refund of the brief-posting fee. After 48 hours or after the first application is received, the fee is generally non-refundable.
- Subscriptions: if we introduce subscription products, you may cancel at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period; subsequent billing periods are not charged. Pro-rated refunds for the current period are at our discretion and will be considered case-by-case.
These default rules may be adjusted for individual products at the point of purchase. The point-of-purchase disclosure controls if it differs from this policy.
3. Cancellation of your account
You may cancel your CollabScene account at any time by emailing support@collabscene.com. Account cancellation removes your profile from the marketplace and stops any further billing on paid features. Cancellation does not retroactively refund any past charges except as expressly provided above.
4. Disputes about a refund
If you disagree with a refund decision, write to us at support@collabscene.com and we will review it. Refund requests are typically resolved within 7 business days. Where a refund is approved and originally paid through Razorpay or another payment processor, the refund is issued to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
