What is free and what is paid?
Creators can join, build a profile, browse and apply without charge. Brands can post qualified briefs, see every applicant, use individual workflow, process repeated batches of up to 10 and export a 10-row sample for free. Campaign Unlock adds unrestricted bulk workflow and full export to one brief. Brief Boost adds optional targeted distribution.
Do creators pay?
Creators do not pay to join, apply, be discovered or rank organically, and CollabScene does not take commission. Optional professional tools may be introduced separately in future, but they will never affect participation or organic treatment.
Does CollabScene take a commission or handle creator payments?
No. The brand and creator agree on compensation and payment directly. CollabScene does not collect, hold, route or disburse creator compensation, and does not take a percentage of the collaboration.
Can a brand use CollabScene without paying?
Yes. Every applicant stays visible and the standard workflow stays available without payment. Paid tools add bulk automation, full export or targeted distribution — they never unlock hidden applicants or improve organic ranking.
How is currency determined?
The contracting organisation’s billing country determines the currency. Indian entities are billed in INR and organisations billed outside India pay the displayed USD price. The displayed price is the total CollabScene charge. An Indian agency is billed in INR unless its foreign client contracts with and pays CollabScene directly. A bank or card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion or cross-border fee, which CollabScene does not receive and does not control.
What is the refund policy?
If a Campaign Unlock payment succeeds but the brief is not unlocked, contact us within seven days. We will restore access within two business days or, at your option, issue a full refund. Once the unlock is working or has been used, it is non-refundable except where required by law.

If we cannot notify the minimum Boost audience confirmed in writing within the agreed window, you may choose one replacement send at no cost or a full refund. We respond to refund requests within two business days and initiate approved refunds within five business days. Bank or payment-provider processing may take longer.
Will existing free access change?
Core creator participation, qualified brief posting and applicant visibility remain free. This pricing was published on August 21, 2026 and takes effect on September 21, 2026. Any separate written free-access commitment is honoured until its original expiry, and future price changes get at least 30 days’ notice.
